A £30 deposit is required to secure your massage appointment. The deposit can be paid via a secure payment link or by bank transfer.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR MASSAGE
Every appointment starts with a short consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for, any areas you'd like me to focus on and anything relevant to your treatment. Your massage is then tailored to you. Pressure, techniques and the areas we work on can all be adjusted during the session depending on what you need and what feels right for you. Depending on the treatment, I may also incorporate assisted stretching or cupping where appropriate and with your agreement.
