MASSAGE IN SOHO, CENTRAL LONDON

Looking for a massage in Soho that's professional, personal and actually tailored to what you need? I offer massage treatments from a private Central London location at 111 Charing Cross Road, a short walk from Tottenham Court Road and easy to reach from Soho, Covent Garden and the West End.
I'm Chris, the therapist behind Muscle Flow Massage. People come to see me for all sorts of reasons. Some train several times a week and want help with tired, tight muscles. Others spend most of the day sitting at a desk and feel it through their back, neck and shoulders. And sometimes the reason is much simpler: you want an hour to relax and switch off.
Whatever brings you in, the treatment is built around you rather than a standard routine.

CHOOSE THE MASSAGE THAT SUITS YOU

You don't need to know exactly which treatment to book before getting in touch. Tell me what you're looking for and I can help you decide.
Sports Massage is a good choice if you train regularly, feel tight after exercise or want more focused work on particular muscle groups.
Deep Tissue Massage uses slower, firmer techniques when you want more attention given to areas of persistent tension or stiffness.
Swedish Massage is a more relaxing full-body treatment, using smooth, flowing techniques and pressure adjusted to your preference.
Cupping Therapy can be incorporated into selected treatments where appropriate, particularly alongside Sports or Deep Tissue Massage.
Massage & Assisted Stretching combines hands-on massage with guided stretching when stiffness, flexibility and movement are more of a priority.

YOUR MASSAGE, NOT A SET ROUTINE

Two people can book the same treatment and need completely different things. That's why I don't follow an identical sequence with every client.
Before we start, we'll have a quick chat about how you're feeling, whether anything needs particular attention and what kind of pressure you prefer. If your shoulders need most of the work, we'll spend more time there. If your legs are tired from training, the session can focus more heavily on them.
The pressure can also change as we go. You never need to put up with something that feels unnecessarily uncomfortable just because you've booked a Deep Tissue or Sports Massage.

FROM DESK WORK TO REGULAR TRAINING

Soho brings together people with very different routines, but I tend to see the same complaints surprisingly often: shoulders that feel permanently raised after a week at a laptop, a stiff back after long working days, or legs that haven't quite recovered from training.
My background in both massage therapy and personal training gives me a practical understanding of how exercise, movement and everyday habits can affect the way your body feels.
You don't need to be particularly active, though. Massage can just as easily be an hour you've set aside for yourself.

A PERSONAL MASSAGE THERAPIST IN SOHO

Muscle Flow Massage isn't a large clinic where you book a treatment without knowing who you'll see. When you book with me, I'm the person you'll see each time. That also means I get to know what you like, how much pressure works for you and which areas tend to need more attention if you come back regularly. My approach is professional but uncomplicated: listen to what you need, work accordingly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout.
